Green Manager is a product/platform owned and operated by BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC, a management consulting, publishing and events company. This Website and its by-products (other associated digital platforms) are collectively referred to as ‘Websites’ are owned exclusively by BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC. These Websites are accessible via your computer and portable devices. BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC is registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with license number 47013913, and the registered office is at FDBC1429, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Any references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ mean you as the user of the Websites.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Websites for personal, non-commercial use only. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, layouts, content, and HTML code are owned by or licensed to BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or adapt any part of the Website without prior written consent.

USING THE WEBSITE

GENERAL

These Terms are governed under UAE law. Users accessing the site from outside the Middle East are responsible for complying with local laws. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

These Terms supersede any previous agreements. Any implied warranties or conditions are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION

The following terms apply to event delegates:

Payment must be received at the time of registration.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or event entry.
Content and venue are subject to change within a 50km radius.
Cancellations must be emailed. Full refund if cancelled 30+ days prior; 50% refund if 15–30 days; no refund if under 15 days.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the registration.

EVENT ORGANIZING/ MANAGEMENT

For event management services:

A 50% payment is required upon confirmation, with the remainder due 30 days before the event.
Intellectual property created remains our property; a non-exclusive license may be granted to the client.
The client is responsible for providing timely information.
Cancellations must be emailed 90+ days prior; otherwise, full payment is due.
Our liability is limited to the amount stated on the invoice.

SPONSORSHIP

For sponsorship contracts:

50% payment due upon confirmation; remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
Intellectual property created remains with us; the sponsor receives limited usage rights.
Sponsor must submit all relevant material 60 days before the event.
Cancellations must be emailed at least 60 days prior; full payment is due otherwise.
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the sponsorship agreement.

PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

We may monitor and track your visits to the Websites via the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies. Further information regarding our processing of your personal data, including our use of cookies, can be found in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is available upon request or will be published on our Website.

ENFORCEMENT CLAUSE

Enforcement of these Terms is at the sole discretion of BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms in one instance does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

AFFILIATES AND CONTROLLED ENTITIES

These Terms shall benefit BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and successors. They shall be entitled to enforce the provisions outlined herein.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLARIFICATION FOR EVENTS AND SPONSORSHIP

The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including any moral rights related to photographs, graphics or copy or any other editorial material created by BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC that might be included in the event or sponsorship remains the sole and absolute property of BlackFisk. The client receives a non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use of any such materials for their own internal use.

Intellectual property owned or claimed by the client prior to the event or sponsorship agreement remains the property of the client. Likewise, intellectual property owned or claimed by BlackFisk before the event or agreement remains the property of BlackFisk.

EVENT LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless BlackFisk Management Consultants FZ-LLC, its affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from third-party actions related to venue hire, performing artists, stage construction, display equipment, and catering or beverages for the event.
