As the food and beverage industry progresses towards net-zero targets, it is essential to guide young talent in the right direction. This event investigates the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework and delineates its application through Green Managers’ own food origination and consumption initiatives under a sustainability program for students and educators in the restaurant industry.
